Finally, a song to help!
One commenter said their son has already watched the video 50 times, with another saying “Perfect timing! My two year old will need this soon!”
The company behind the clever and cute animation for The Toilet Song, Super Simple Songs, shared a video on their Instagram page of The Wiggles talking about the helpful song.
Anthony explained that “for years, parents have been saying to us ‘Wiggles, can you write a song to encourage the children to sit on the potty?’ Well we’ve done and we hope it encourages all children out there that need to go to the toilet, to sit on the potty and enjoy it.”

The adorable song starts by asking the kids “Can you take the toilet challenge?” before going through the steps that they’ll need to take. Halfway through the song, they check in to ask whether the child has gone and continue singing the song saying that’s okay.
Be a Good Role Model
It’s a reassuring approach that gives a reasonable time limit to the task, so you’re not forced to sit and wait all day while your child stares at you blankly on the toilet.
Along with the upbeat tune, the cute lyrics tell the child that “you’re like a prince or a princess on a throne.” Then once they’re all done, they count down to the flush: “now you can press the button and flush the toilet after the count of three. Are you ready? One. Two. Three. Flush! Yippee!”
Proving that they’re the masters at helping to teach young minds, the Wiggles can add the new song to their catalogue of educational tunes along with the classics, Fruit Salad, Rock-a-bye-bear, The Allergy song and I’ve got my glasses on!
