Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's nine month-year-old son gets to say goodbye to his little helmet.
Teigen shared a sweet Twitter video Wednesday night announcing that Miles, who had been wearing a helmet to accommodate a slightly misshapen head – a condition known as plagiocephaly or "flat head syndrome" – was now headgear-free.
"Happy helmet-free day! No more helmet!" she says to Miles in the video, who coos along.

Teigen originally shared the news about Miles' helmet in a December tweet.
“baby miles getting fitted for a little helmet today for his adorable slightly misshapen head, so if you see pictures, don’t feel bad for him because he’s just fixing his flat and honestly he’s probably gonna be even cuter with it somehow," she tweeted .
